Questions people ask
How much does Telemedcore cost in Nigeria?
Nigerian pricing is not published. It is agreed with sales after a country, legal and operational review, so the quote matches the modules you launch.
Does Telemedcore support NHIA and HMO claims?
Yes. HMO payers and NHIA-oriented claim packets are configured with you during onboarding.
Where is Nigerian data hosted?
Nigerian practices can be routed to the regional deployment configured for their data-residency profile; the arrangement is confirmed during the launch review. The hosting location, and any transfer outside Nigeria under the NDPA, is confirmed in writing before launch.
Can I start a free trial?
Self-serve trials are offered for US practices (7 days). In Nigeria, start with a launch review so setup matches your clinic.
Not the right fit if you need
- Clinics that need self-serve signup without a launch review
