Questions people ask

How much does Telemedcore cost for a small practice?

Plans start at $339 a month with no per-claim fees. Starter and Growth include self-serve setup; larger plans carry a one-time $5,099 guided onboarding fee. Every plan has a 7-day free trial.

Is Telemedcore HIPAA compliant?

Telemedcore is built to support HIPAA compliance, with a business associate agreement on every plan. HIPAA has no certification program, and compliance also depends on how a practice uses the product.

Is Telemedcore ONC-certified? What does that mean for MIPS?

No. Telemedcore is not ONC-certified, so it is not CEHRT under the ONC Health IT Certification Program. If your practice must report the MIPS Promoting Interoperability category, you need CEHRT for that category; practices not subject to MIPS, or below its low-volume threshold, are not affected. You can check your status with the CMS QPP participation lookup.

Who is Telemedcore not for?

Telemedcore is not an inpatient or hospital EHR, it is not ONC-certified, and it currently serves practices in the United States and Nigeria. If you need any of those, it is not the right fit today.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start.

Not the right fit if you need

  • Hospitals and inpatient care
  • Practices that must report MIPS Promoting Interoperability with ONC-certified technology (CEHRT)
  • Practices outside the United States and Nigeria
